We will present a purely four-dimensional, two-sector effective field theory describing the Standard Model fields and just their first Kaluza-Klein state for the use of the collider phenomenology. We describe the philosophy and explicit construction of our two-sector model, and also derive formulas for residual Higgs fine tuning and electroweak and flavor precision variables to help identify the most motivated parts of the parameter space.-Anomaly Mediated Supersymmetry Breaking scenario (AMSB) offers an attractive solution to the supersymmetric flavor problem of the Weak Scale Supersymmetry scenario. Sequestering has been the key ingredient for the successful AMSB scenario. In the second part of this thesis, we will study a five-dimensional supergravity model with boundary-localized visible sector exhibiting anomaly-mediated supersymmetry breaking, in which the central requirements of sequestering and radius stabilization are achieved explicitly perturbatively.-In the last part of this thesis, we will consider an LHC application of a class of models that predict new vectorlike confinements at around weak scale. The composites of this new sector can carry standard electroweak and color quantum numbers but do not participate in electroweak symmetry breaking. These models make themselves manifest only via multijet resonant channels. With comprehensive analysis of the two distinctive multijet resonant channels, leading to eight-jet and four-jet final states respectively via the resonant production of two lightest composite states, namely spin-1 colored vector meson and spin-0 colored scalar meson, we will show that their masses can be well reconstructed with a carefully designed search strategy along with the appropriate kinematic cuts presented in this thesis.
